About Me

Hello my name is Michael Pulice and I welcome you to my website. I appreciate anyone taking the time to take a look at my photos. I wanted somewhere I could organize, show, and sell all of the photos I have taken moving around the country the last 10 years. I went through over 10,000 photos and narrowed them down to about 2,000 or so, which is what is uploaded here. If there is anything you like, please contact me through the link above or my email (at the bottom of the screen). I do have many photos that did not make it on here so if there is any questions of additional photos of certain places, please let me know, I can assure you there definitely are extras. I also wanted to note that any photos sold through this website will 100% go towards organizations and causes that mean a lot to me. Right now if anyone purchases photos off of my website, I will donate 100% of the money to the recovery and aid of the latest California wildfire victims. There are so many great organizations that I will split the funds between that can use it and make a difference for many (CAL Fire Foundation, LAFD Foundation, Pasadena Humane Society, Greater Good Charities: Disaster Relief, California Direct Fire Relief, American Red Cross, Etc.). If there is any specific organization or charity that you have in mind definitely let me know in the contact form or email.

A little bit about me - I was born and raised in the Downriver Area of Detroit and later moved to the Cleveland suburbs in my teenage years. I then moved on to graduate West Virginia University in Morgantown with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering. Through my time in West Virginia I was able to explore a lot of beautiful places that gave me a unique perspective on life and also gave me my passion for photography and hiking and exploring that I have today. After graduating college I was lucky and fortunate enough to get hired with some amazing companies that allowed me to work all around the country. I have met and learned from so many amazing men and woman throughout my travels and time spent in each area. I was also lucky enough to get the opportunity to move around the country with my twin brother where we experienced and helped each other out so much. We first moved to Seattle where I got the chance to work on the Alaskan Way Tunnel underneath downtown Seattle and then the massive Convention Center Building where me and my brother both got to work together and walk to work together everyday past the Space Needle in downtown Seattle. After COVID hit life changed drastically, like it did for many others, and we found ourselves living in Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley. This was really a dream come true living in Southern California, a place I visited every year for spring break in college, driving across the country and back four separate times. To later be living there was surreal. It really is the perfect place with the best weather, best people, best food, and best scenery. After spending a few years there, I was lucky and fortunate enough to get a job in San Francisco working on The Golden Gate Bridge. This was another dream come true, as an engineer getting to work on the most iconic bridge everyday learning and working with the very best, getting to see the most amazing views from the bridge everyday. As someone who loves to explore San Francisco is literally endless. Living in Sausalito you are extremely close to the bridge and extremely close to the ocean and extremely close to the best hiking and biking trails in all of California in the Marin Headlands. San Francisco had so much culture and history that I am so glad I was able to contribute to in a small way.

After five years of moving around the West Coast I am now living in beautiful and relaxing Pennsylvania. Surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains and near the Poconos it is an extremely different change of pace but in a good way. Again, I thank you for taking the time to visit my page and taking the time to get to know me through my photos.
